A Christmas Carol...more or less archiveIt's Christmas Eve and as Bridge House Theatre prepares for curtain up on their production of A Christmas Carol, disaster strikes meaning that Charlie and Sarah, the theatre owners, are suddenly faced with a crisis that will put their talents and fragile relationship to the test. The cast and crew are snowed out - but it's Showtime and an audience is waiting. How can two people possibly perform all the characters and save the show? As the evening's events unfold at rip roaring and comedic speed can Sarah and Charlie hold the show together, against all the odds and make it through to the final curtain call. Who knows? The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come? Whatever happens, the show must and will go on! Described as a mixture of Noises Off, Stones in his Pockets and A Christmas Carol, A Christmas Carol...More or Less receives its UK premiere at the Bridge House Theatre. Following on from the sell out success of last year's production of It's a Wonderful Life, it's a funny, light-hearted show filled with joyous silliness, mysterious happenings and the warm Christmas glow of Dickens's classic tale.
