Explorer Johnny Acecraft has been let loose in the museum's Warehouse, and wants to talk about its unusual artefacts in the only way he knows: through the medium of musical comedy! John Hinton is an award-winning theatre maker who specialises in bringing the realms of science and history to the stage. Hinton has previously created performances for the Botanic Garden in Cambridge, the Natural History Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum. He has also written internationally successful musical comedies about Charles Darwin, Albert Einstein, Marie Curie, Pythagoras and Norse mythology. He will be creating a brand new family-friendly, participatory performance for TakeOver in the form of a tour around the museum's Warehouse and collection. Expect the unexpected. And expect it to rhyme.
