Details

The Customer Is Always Wrong is a lucid report on the experience of being a Westerner in a bubbling Chinese city today. It is also a very clever and deft confusion of languages: a hybrid of wild gestures, imperfect Madarin and Chinglish translations. Finally however it is a love letter to China delivered on Chinese New Year's Day 2014 ushering in the year of the horse.
