The Young Artists of the National Opera Studio perform Forbidden Touch, devised and directed by Emma Jenkins. Following their successful week-long residency with Welsh National Opera in Cardiff, the National Opera Studio's Young Artists make their much anticipated return to London's Hoxton Hall showcasing their recent opera scenes production. In a year that has seen physical touch and human interaction severely impacted, Forbidden Touch features opera scenes focusing on love lost, wanting but not having and not wanting to be touched. This semi-staged performance will feature piano accompaniment from our four highly-skilled repetiteurs.
