Details

The opera tells the story of the 4th-century martyr Theodora, who, with her lover Didymus, was put to death by the Roman Governor of Antioch for refusing to give up her Christian faith and worship the Roman gods. Sung in English. A revival of the 1996 Festival production sponsored by Associated Newspapers.
