Welcome to Sirius, city of a not-so distant future, where crime and violence have been replaced by slavish devotion to the drug Amberosia. Mixing musical genres with reckless abandon, Angela Murphy and Paul Frehner have created a joyous, off-kilter B-Movie of an opera, which holds a 'fun house mirror' up to contemporary politics.
