The first of three exciting outdoor half-hour shows by Scottish Opera for all ages. Performed in a specially-adapted theatre trailer, each pint-sized performance is brought to life by a storyteller, singers, instrumentalists, and a series of colourful illustrations. A Little Bit of Barber and A Little Bit of Figaro are two cleverly-rewritten versions of Rossini's and Mozart's classic comedies, following the adventures of one of opera's most beloved characters - the mischievous barber Figaro. The third mini opera, Be A Sport, Spike!, is a Scottish Opera original for 4 to 8 year olds. Mike ‘The Spike' McTavish is the greatest sportsman the world has ever seen - but there's one skill he could never master... singing! Come and help him get those vocal cords moving!
