Details
The story of Cinderella. Angelina (nicknamed Cinderella) lives wither her sisters Clorinda and Tisbe and their father Don Magnifico - all in poverty. Then the messengers arrive with news of a ball. Rossini’s magical Cinderella bursts into London’s Little Opera House just in time for Christmas, in a sparkling new version by Tony Britten. The classic fairytale is given a fresh, modern twist in this witty new production. Prince Ramiro falls for Angelina, the one girl who is unimpressed by his wealth and glamour, despite the attempts of her nouveau-riche sisters to turn his head. Cinderella is suitable for older children - please bear in mind it has a running time of over two hours including an interval. If you think that your family can manage that, we are sure you will have a wonderful time at the show!
