Details

Hoagy was one of the leading American popular songwriters of the twentieth century penning many classics including Stardust, Georgia On My Mind and Skylark. His highly eventful life also took in winning an Oscar for Ol' Buttermilk Sky, acting with Bogart and Bacall, and getting drunk on bootleg gin at Granny Campbell's. Stardust is a funny and touching tribute to the great man, bringing to life not only Hoagy himself, but twenty five colourful characters ranging from his Grandma and Cousin Hugh to Irving Berlin and Bix Biderbecke.
