Drawing on personal experience of growing up the product of a mixed marriage, British-born Chinese-Pole Meline explores the architecture of her childhood. Examining the distance between herself and her parents, exploring the themes of suspension, displacement and her foreignness within her own environment, Meline reflects upon how this sense of being alien has left her, literally, floating in space.
