Details
Adventures around the riverbank. As well as the irresponsible Mr Toad, you can meet wise old Badger, the inquistive Mole, and the ever resourceful Ratty. After its sell out success in 2010
The Wind in the Willows returns in a new theatre configuration to surprise and delight, once again bringing you closer to the action on stage. Join Mole as he introduces you to his friends; amiable Ratty, wise Badger and the infamous Mr Toad. Together they tell action packed stories of boating on the river, adventuring in the Wild Wood, battling weasels at Toad Hall and a few mishaps with motor cars. From the York Theatre Royal team that created Olivier Award winning The Railway Children, and subsequent summer spectaculars Peter Pan and The Legend of King Arthur comes this enchanting family story, re-told in an inventive and enchanting production.
