Details
We follow the story of Old Mother Hubbard, her dog, and her Nursery-rhyme children. The action takes place on Christmas Eve when Mother Hubbard, whose cupboard is bare, and her children are turned out of their house by a bailiff. They make their way to a forest where they encounter a magician on his way to a circus. By a fortunate mistake, the magician casts a spell which enlarges the bailiff's lost boot to a size which is big enough for Mother Hubbard to take temporary residence in. But her troubles are far from over and they all undergo many adventures - not least with a sinister cat, before all turns out well and they are able to take part in a Grand Circus.
