Bread is one of the oldest of human foods and it exists in very varied forms in many societies. Most of us eat some form of bread each day. But a wonderful magic happens when the yeast combines with the flour and the dough begins to rise. Enter the world of two playful bakers. See them battle through flour snowstorms, hear them beat out rhythms as they knead the dough and meet the marvellous characters moulded before your eyes as the tantalising aroma of an actual loaf baking fills the room.
