The forest burns outside Lata's village. A girl dressed in flames dances in her dreams. "The firegirl," says the old woman. "She wants to destroy you. Only you have the power to stop her." What is Lata's strange power and will she learn to use it in time? Firegirl draws on ancient eastern and western myths. Storytelling, live music and South Asian dance swirl together with wild digitally-generated projections and haunting, evocative masks. Age 8+ Running time 1 hour.
