In the run-up to Christmas Nottingham Playhouse Roundabout, the theatre's very own theatre-in-education company, will be weaving enchanting tales for young children with a magical new version of Aesop's Fables by award-winning children's playwright Mike Kenny. Meet Wolfie, Harriet, Syd and Barrie: four storytellers with an ace up their sleeves. The four enact the stories of The Tortoise and the Hare, The Boy Who Cried Wolf and many more, interwoven with music, rhyme and laughter. Light on moralising and big on fun, Aesop's Fables is suitable for the under 7s and puts the fab back into fables.
