Your chance to enter Britain's No 1 talent contest where every 'Silver Star' is 60 or over! If you're 60 or over and have a special amateur talent, whether you're a magician, comedian, singer or just plain stage-struck, why not pick up an entry form from the Leisure Services Office, at the top of the escalators in the Guild Hall, Preston. The local heat will take place at the Charter Theatre, Preston on Wednesday 1 May. Take part and you could be on the way to the bright lights of the National Finale in July, where the Silver Stars Trophy and a major cash prize await the winner.
