White Work, a stunning piece of choreography exploring and subverting the laws of natural movement. A solo piece made all the more mesmerising with the crafted sound score that accompanies it. Hidden I paints the picture of a dark and disturbing male-female relationship. A female silhouette in a shaft of light, her silver dress expands across the floor and rises to the ceiling like a moonlit sky. Separated by metres of flowing material, they embark on a sensual duet, falling and struggling - together but also apart. Tamagawa has created a breathtaking set and choreographic pattern that resonates long after the piece has finished. The Smallest Things is a fresh new work, brimming with narrative and character and featuring specially commissioned visuals from filmmaker Jamie Paul Quantrill, director of the contemporary dance film Cannon, for Turner Prize winning artist Keith Tyson (2003) and a soundtrack form Jonathan Pilcher.
