Details

A mixed bill celebrating the achievements of Igor Stravinsky presenting three seminal works. The Firebird - commissioned by Serge Diaghilev. Agon - a product of the composer's long-standing collaboration with George Balanchine, receives its first revival in then years. Les Noces - combines Igor Stravinsky's exhilarating score with Nijinska's depiction of the rituals that take place at a Russian peasant wedding. Running Times: Firebird 45 minutes, Agon 28 minutes, Les Noces 25 minutes.
