Clark is renowned for reflecting the interests and obsessions of his generation through a blend of provocative music, striking design and startlingly implosive energetic movement. This full-length piece features four extraordinary dancers. The Stravinsky Project Part 3 marks the culmination of a 3-year collaboration between choreographer Michael Clark and the Barbican to produce a trilogy of works to seminal dance scores by Igor Stravinsky. O, set to Apollo, premiered in bite05, followed by Mmm?, set to The Rite of Spring in 2006. The acclaimed Stravinsky Project concludes with Part 3, a new work to Les Noces, to be presented alongside Apollo and The Rite of Spring. All three Stravinsky scores will be performed live.
