Matilda Leyser's solo aerial-theatre piece combines physical theatre piece, combines physical theatre with circus aerial skill, dance, original writing, music and design. Lifeline covers the journey from birth to death - an entire lifeline acted out on a single, suspended rope. Matilda Leyser’s poignant and poetic production depicts this most human of dramas with unique and amazing skill. Lifeline was originally selected as part of the Royal Opera House’s Firsts season and appeared at Aurora Nova in the 2005 Edinburgh Festival. Set up to cross boundaries between the floor, the air and the space inbetween, All or Nothing aims to merge aerial skills with dance theatre. 1,2,3 here we go.... is All or Nothing’s debut production and is devised and performed by Scotland’s leading aerial dance artist Jennifer Paterson, with music by Jym Darling (Loop Guru, Fidget Feet, Invoke) and monitoring from choreographer Frank McConnell.
