Details

This rich and inspiring show marks the culmination of three years of work by dance/visual artist Caroline Sabin. An avid follower of developments in science, from microbiology to cosmology, her work is inspired by the wonderment of childhood and asks the essential questions of how and why. With lyrical, dynamic movement set amidst beautiful visual imagery and studded with truly mind-blowing science - from the truth about your cells to the scale of the universe you live in - Lifedeathlife is a witty and rewarding evening of theatre. Caroline has been at the heart of the Cardiff dance and theatre scene for the last 17 years including 7 years as a core member of Earthfall as well as contributing to the work of Marc Rees, Eddie Ladd, Gerald Tyler, Good Cop Bad Cop and Sean Tuan John. Over the last four years she has concentrated on making work independently and has received international critical acclaim for her short films. Caroline was most recently seen in the Volcano/Mr & Mrs Clark collaboration Prosthetic Soul.
