Details
Impermanence Dance Theatre is a young vibrant Company, based in Bristol who was born out of a desire to find new ways of making work and living as Dance artists. A group of talented and ambitious friends, who trained at Rambert School, came together to create a Company that produces beautiful, honest , engaging, accessible and experimental work with, for and inspired by collaborators and audiences alike. This work can be performed in any venue and responds to every audience differently; each performance unique.
Baal is Bertolt Brecht's first play, written in 1918 upon his return from war. We move between town and forest, life and death, disgust and empathy. Searching for freedom in expression and extremity of experience with disdain for mediocrity; Baal is our anti-hero and the world is there to be consumed - but at what cost?
