A showcase of carefully curated work designed to give Dundee audiences a glimpse of the range of dance work in Scotland. Bob Bennett, a regular at Do Your Thing, will premiere Another Train, created in a recent Research and Development project. Steven Martin will premiere his brand new solo created especially for the night. The National Youth Dance Company of Scotland will make their very first visit to Dundee Rep after performances in Belgium and Australia last year. This talented young company, initiated by YDance, will perform Re|Place (Or, the thing I miss most) by Yael Flexer. Based at Edinburgh's Dance Base, Prime will present their latest work Carry On Dancing by Steinvor Palsson. Fusion Youth Dance Company from City Moves Aberdeen will perform a new work choreographed by Jack Webb, Macrobert Youth Dance Company will perform a work choreographed by Giulia Montalbano and Lothian Youth Dance Company are back with their new work.
