Details
An evening of Classical delights opening with the overture to Cimarosa's opera The Secret Marriage (1792), music bubbling with intrigue. Carole Jenner-Timms and Julia Hammersley, regular performers with the orchestra, will take centre stage in Mozart's Concerto for Flute and Harp, one of his most beautiful and most loved works. The evening will end with Haydn's Clock Symphony, first performed in London 1794 and featuring, not surprisingly - ticking!
