At the forefront of a new generation of saxophonists, the versatile Simon Haram plays atmospheric minimal to commissioned cutting edge repertoire Composers include Arvo Part, David Heath, David Bowie/Brian Eno, Michael Nyman and John Adams. Elizabeth Burley has given concerts throughout the UK, Europe, Japan and North America with many leading soloists including Hakan Hardenburger, Michael Collins, and Robert Cohen. She has broadcast regularly on BBC Radio and from 1984 to 1990 was the official accompanist for the BBC Young Musician of the Year Masterclass series and Competition. She is also an orchestral pianist with the BBC Symphony Orchestra and the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
