A favourite with audiences in Merseyside and his native northwest, Martin Roscoe has performed throughout the world as a soloist, recitalist and chamber musician. In a concert spanning one hundred years from 1786 to 1886, Manchester Chamber Ensemble (Richard Howarth violin, Richard Williamson viola, Jonathan Price, cello) and our patron Martin Roscoe, will present three piano quartet masterpieces in a musical journey from Mozart’s Vienna via the Paris of Faure and back to Vienna where Brahms completed his mighty C minor Piano Quartet.
