Award-winning saxophonist Jess, aged only 20, was the youngest soloist in BBC Last Night of the Proms and recently the youngest ever presenter to be given their own regular Radio 3 show. Her performances brim with vitality, virtuosity and an effervescent personality, bringing a wide range of music to an ever-wider audience. Her programme takes in everything from the glories of the baroque to dazzling Britten chamber music, a cabaret song, whirling folk dances and her signature piece, Milhaud's witty and jazz-tinged Scaramouche.
