Come rain or shine Michael Bell MBE and the Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra are forecast to be on cloud nine as they take St David's Hall by storm with this year's Family Prom. Join Derek Brockway and Behnaz Akhgar, along with a cast of young local performers as they journey over the rainbow and back. This concert for all the family will be an ideal introduction to orchestral music and a glorious summer celebration. You can expect continuous music with intermittent spells of laughter and showers of fun. Don't forget to join us for a feast of fun pre-concert activities from 1.30pm in the foyers including face-painting, activities, photo ops, instrument demonstrations and live performances on the front entrance steps and on the Level 3 stage.
