Details
A rare opportunity to hear an English version of the Bertolt Brecht/Kurt Weill chamber opera (The Yes-Sayer) based on the Japanese Noh-play,
Taniko. First performed in Berlin in 1930, this poignant work is morally challenging, whilst combined with Weill's highly lyrical and accessible music.
