This story of Chopin's visit to England and Scotland in 1848, will include readings from his letters, newspaper reviews and a narrative about his public concerts in Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh and London as well as Robin Colvill's exquisite playing. The programme will include Nocturnes, Preludes, Fantasy Impromptu, Polonaise in A and Scherzo no 2 in B flat minor.
