Founded by Denis Coe, British Youth Opera nurtures and trains young operatic talent by offering the experience of working in a professional company and performing at major venues. Flight was first performed in 1998. Set in a busy airport, and inspired by a true story, the opera presents a group of people whoese lives happen to intersect on one particular day.
