Renowned for his hilarious observations and loveable, friendly delivery Jason has been a firm favourite with comedy fans of all ages since his first solo stand-up show earned him huge critical acclaim and a nomination for the prestigious Perrier Newcomer Award back in 2005. Jason Manford - A television presenter, writer and award-winning comic Jason Manford is most well known as the team captain on Channel 4’s 8 out of 10 Cats. His other television work includes his own show Tonightly which aired every week day night during August 2008 and he can currently be heard as the voice over on the Churchill Insurance adverts and as one of the voices in the BBC comedy sketch show, Walk on the Wild Side. Manford is currently touring with his first UK tour and the DVD for the tour will be released in 2009. Shappi Khorsandi - In July 2009 Khorsandi hosted her own 4-part series, Shappi Talk on BBC Radio 4, examining what it is like growing up in multi-cultural families. In December 2008, she appeared on the BBC stand-up television show Live at the Apollo alongside Russell Kane and Al Murray. This year she has also appeared on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and 8 Out of 10 Cats. Khorsandi's memoir, A Beginner's Guide to Acting English, was published July 2009. Khorsandi performed her show, The Distracted Activist, at this year’s Edinburgh Festival. Jack Whitehall - Jack Whitehall is best known for hosting E4’s Big Brother's Big Mouth in 2008 and 2009 and new Channel 4 topical entertainment show the TNT Show. In 2009, he was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. Whitehall has appeared on various shows, including 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Sunday Night Project, Big Brother's Big Quiz and You Have Been Watching for Channel 4, as well as Mock The Week, Would I Lie To You? and Never mind the Buzzcocks for the BBC.
