Roll up, roll up, roll up. The circus is coming to town! Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Saints and Sinners... We present for your delectation The Brothers' Grimm: Ringmasters of storytelling, conjurors of the imagination, jugglers of spells. Enter the ring and let them tell you their stories. Swing through enchanted forests on a flying trapeze, tumble through the windows of majestic castles, tiptoe along cake crumbed pathways and walk the tightrope between good and evil. Let your mind run away with the circus. But be warned... don't let the circus run away with you. Storm on the Lawn is the Theatre's annual summer school which brings together sixty local young people and a group of theatre professionals to create a truly spectacular piece of outdoor theatre, which takes place in the stunning setting of the 18th century Ball Court at Prior Park College. This year the egg collaborates with En Masse, an award-winning, Uk theatre company producing original and innovative work for young people and their families. Please wear warm clothing – the evening can get chilly – and bring a cushion. You are welcome to picnic in the grounds from 7pm and there is a licensed bar.
