The Midland Allstars Big Band is named so as Garry and Paul pride theirselves on having the best musicians in the midlands, Garry Allcock who founded the band in 1974 continues to plays the drums and the Band is now under the expert Musical Direction of Paul Drakeley. The band has had international success Dubai and Monte Carlo and worked with such people as Mel Torme, Maynard Ferguson, Max Bygraves but to name a few.
