A teenage girl revisits her younger self in an attempt to explore the reasons for her parents' divorce. In doing so, she discovers the suffering of a seemingly careless father and the cruelty of a system that has kept them apart... This magical-realist fantasy, written by a former member of the Nuffield Writer’s Group, Fiona Mackie, weaves a range of styles and stories to reflect the complex emotions of a family breakdown. Directed by Jack McNamara, The Nuffield’s Trainee Director (through the ITV Theatre Director Scheme).
