Straight from playing the Young Judy Garland in the West End, Penrose makes her London cabaret debut in the new show Judy & I. Penrose has adored Judy Garland since before she can remember. Both a heartfelt hymn to the acclaimed chanteuse, and an account of one artists connection to another; Judy & I is part memoir, part biography and part therapy.
