How far would YOU go? Evie and Ads are out on their first date: she wants to be wined and dined but instead he takes her to a rubbish dump. Surrounded by discarded goods, the pair begin to make surprising discoveries about each other, and to challenge the assumptions that other people have made about their lives.
Shooting Rats is a defiant drama in an epic new space, told through an innovative fusion of text and breathtaking movement. The extraordinary, cavernous Octagon Hall of the Old Lillian Baylis School will be transformed into a rubbish dump complete with purpose built exploding car, forming the setting for Turrini’s radical play about two young people on the cusp of adulthood.
