Uru-Bangam (The Mutilated Thighs) - Theatre for Change archiveA play of the horrors of war. This Bhasa play is based on an episode taken from the epic Mahabharata. It depicts the final war fought between the Pandavas and the Kauravas, two warrior sects. Bhasa is the earliest known Sanskrit dramatist, believed to have lived during the 3rd Century BC.
