Details

'Handel Furioso' is an original theatrical response to Handel's operatic and chamber work. The production is made up of arias and duets from Rodelinda, Rinaldo, Poro, Deidamia and extracts from the chamber duets, 'Sono liete fortunate' and 'Ahi, nelle sorte umane' and his oratorio, 'La Resurrezione'. With this great music, a simple story is told, charting the life of a couple, starting with their first encounter in childhood and ending in old age. Performed with period instruments
