The Clodly Lightly Opera and Drama Society archive

Ade Morris' farce is loosely based on Aristophanes' Lysistrata. The women of Clodly are having difficulty with their promiscuous, spendthrift and warlike men. In response they mount a play wherein the characters go on sex strike until the men mend their ways, are kind to their women, and let peace reign. All goes well until someone is discovered in the broom cupboard.
