Created with dancers Elizabeth Swinford and Shamita Ray. Rubbish! - Rubbish is a physical and visual performance rooted in Japanese Butoh. It is expressionistic, multi-layered and uses the observed behaviour of homeless people on the street as a starting point. Firak's focus is on the performers own exploration and transformation of body memory. Between mud and sky always in the now.
