Following on from last year's much enjoyed staged radio play, Inspector Rufus Rank Investigates, we present a double bill of rehearsed readings. Stalwart of the Globe Theatre under Mark Rylance and founder of the popular Fitzrovia Radio Hour, Callum Coates stars in this charming recreation of a typically stylish 1956 radio drama by the Soho dandy, Julian Maclaren-Ross. His play is structured around reminiscences of his father's encounter with Oscar Wilde and his own raffish adolescence. Come and see why Maclaren-Ross, subject of a recent BBC documentary, has attracted fans as varied as Harold Pinter, Iain Sinclair, Evelyn Waugh, John Betjeman and Sarah Waters. Rehearsed readings.
