Details
A grubby adult fairy tale of love, desperation and transformation, sprinkled with dark humour and set in a world where bizarre magic rubs up against sordid ambition and sleazy sexuality. Flora must bring back the beak of the fabled Peacock Boy to save her dying grandmother. Her mission takes her from farmyard to decayed inner-city and leads to the discovery of a dark family legacy. Suitable for ages 15 years and over. Boojum serves up a pungent stew of live action, quirky music, extraordinary language and grungy puppetry. Supported by Arts Council England
