Don't Forget Me archiveLos Angeles. The red winds blow off the desert, the Hollywood Hills are lost in a heat haze, and ambition sweats in the neon midnight. This is Tinseltown California, pulsating with energy and appetites, gripped by a sense of overwhelming loss. And this is the story of lost souls adrift in the City of Dreams, their lives like strips of celluloid exposed to too much light. Stressed-out and hyped up, Angus dreams of one great screen beauty he never met; the gorgeous 1940's film noir actress he must find at any cost to redeem his Hollywood dream. Meanwhile Chip stumbles in from the desert, a handsome young hopeful, blazing with ambition he doesn't understand. Like two halves of the same soul, Chip and Angus embark on a journey through the light and darkness of Hollywood, a town whose greatest production itself.
