Malic would sometimes, but not always, wish to be like everybody else, but hard as he may try in every possible way, it is beyond him: as if he had a special gift for getting into trouble and events not turning out as might be expected. A little of all this is what happens to Malic in these 'RUTINAS' where he faces the rebellion of meddling, uninvited and spontaneous characters and stage props that appear from nowhere to prevent Malic from doing what he wants in this hilarious slapstick comedy for puppets and swazzle. 'Rutinas' is a puppet show inspired in the popular European tradition which for centuries was performed by travelling puppeteers in streets, parks and squares, for children and grown-ups. As the title indicates, 'RUTINAS' is a succession of manipulation routines with some of the main characters and situations of the classical puppetry repertoire; the ghost, the matador and the bull, death, the love scene, the baby and more, with a minimum of words and a strong visual impact. Malic - the Iberian Adventurer (created by La Fanfarra in Barcelona in 1976), is the hero of these 'Rutinas'. Age 3+
