Clive Sullivan, MBE: a Rugby League legend and the last British Captain to lift the Rugby League World Cup. The Welshman who united the city of Hull was one of the most stylish and skilful players ever to grace a rugby pitch. He had more than 20 years in the game, flying up the wing for Hull FC and Rovers with over 350 tries and two Challenge Cup medals for both clubs. The mud on his boots was barely dry when Clive was diagnosed with cancer, and for once, the natural-born victor was unable to win the battle. This is a fascinating and moving journey through Clive's most glorious and challenging times; a touching celebration of the childhood, career and loving family life of a man who was a hero to many people.
