John Kani, co-creator of the great South African classics Sizwe Bansi is Dead and The Island, is recognised throughout the world as South Africa's greatest actor. He wrote Nothing But the Truth in 2002 and was awarded an Obie for his extraordinary contribution to theatre in the same year.
