Can Duncan and Phyllis survive the devastating effects of foot and mouth on Dumrigg Farm in South West Scotland? Cally Phillips lives on a farm in Dumfries and Galloway, a region devastated by foot and mouth in 2001. This play is an observation and tribute to the many people whose lives were changed irrevocably, and whose real stories may never by told. Men In White Suites is the first public reading resulting from a new initiative between the Traverse and Dumfries and Galloway Arts Association, where Cally Phillips is dramatist in residence.
