Bored and bossy, Zeus craves diversion, entertaining himself by setting challenges for mortals on Earth. The Olympian gods who he rules must choose whether to hinder or help these hapless humans: proud and destructive, Orion the hunter becomes the prey - vain and wilful, princess Andromeda's tale is of conflict, sacrifice and love - enthusiastic and ambitious, Cygnus cannot control the sun - Truth resounds across light years and millennia... tales become legends for a reason! Commissioned by The Anvil, Twinkle is a musical story with lots of stars, performed by children from Treloar School and Basingstoke junior schools.
