Four artists, four elements, four styles. Two of the world's leading pianists combine in Stravinsky's own spectacular four hands arrangement of his Rite of Spring, with a brilliant new small-scale ?pocket' ballet performance. The evening also includes Mahler's Das Lied von der Erde (Song of the Earth), again in the composer's own arrangement and in a newly commissioned performance inspired by Kenneth Macmillan's famous ballet.
